Windsor Vineyard has event space that can suit small to large gatherings.
Large Gathering Space – Main Auditorium
Our building’s main auditorium can seat up to 250 people in a theater capacity or 120 in a banquet setting (with round tables). It features a projection screen, two televisions, and a performance sound and tech system. Comfortable chairs and can be organized to best suit your event (rows, tables, etc).
Rental Cost: $80 Hourly / $600 Daily (8 hours)
Medium and Small Event Rooms Available
Our secondary event hall (left photo) can suit small to medium gatherings up to 55 people. It features a stage area, television and sound/tech setup. It can be prepared in a number of seating and table configurations.
Rental Cost: $40 Hourly / $250 Daily (8 hours)
We also have a smaller gathering event and classroom space available to rent on a per request basis.
Our Windsor facility is a clean, comfortable, modern and affordable rental option for conference space, banquets, celebration events, classroom settings, workshops, parties, performances, memorials, weddings (we do not have a liquor license), etc. We can provide tech and/or audio support for your event at $20 p/h each. Coffee service can be provided at an additional charge ($20 per 3-liter pot of fantastic coffee). It’s also possible for some catering to be provided, or you’re welcome to hire a caterer / provide your own food.
